Shipping destinations

AeroLinkGear currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Mexico. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facility in Shenzhen, China. Destinations outside these four countries are not currently available at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 0-2 business days after payment confirmation, generally within 48 hours on business days. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Public holidays, inventory transfers, or exceptional demand may cause additional processing time.

Shipping fees

Orders of USD $119 or more: Free standard shipping.
Orders under USD $119: Standard shipping is USD $5.99.

Thresholds are calculated from the order value after discounts. Local currency display or checkout conversion can vary by market.

Delivery and customs

Estimated standard transit time to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Mexico is 5-12 business days after dispatch.

Supported remote areas may require up to 15 additional days for delivery. Delivery may also be affected by customs processing, weather, public holidays, and local conditions.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
