Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order has not been shipped within 48 hours, this usually means inventory is being transferred between warehouses to fulfill your order.
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable, our support team will proactively contact you and provide a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the order.

Standard Shipping
Orders below $119 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, local carrier performance, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.
Please note that international customers may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by the destination country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
Warehouse Fulfillment
To provide faster delivery whenever possible, AerolinkGear operates through multiple fulfillment locations.
Orders are typically shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination.
If inventory is unavailable at the nearest warehouse, we may fulfill your order from another warehouse with available stock to avoid unnecessary delays.
As a result, packages may occasionally ship from a different region or country than expected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending any item back.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
