Order processing

Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 0-2 business days after payment confirmation, generally within 48 hours on business days. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Shipping destinations

We ship from Shenzhen, China, to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Mexico. Other destinations are not currently available at checkout.

Estimated standard transit time to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Mexico is 5-12 business days after dispatch. Supported remote areas may require up to 15 additional days.

Shipping fees

Orders of USD $119 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders under USD $119 are charged USD $5.99 for standard shipping. Thresholds are calculated after discounts.

Customs and duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

30-day returns

Eligible full-price and discounted items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories.
