All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If your order has not been shipped within 48 hours, it may indicate that inventory is being transferred between warehouses.
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable, our customer support team will proactively contact you to discuss available options. If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Standard Shipping
For orders below $119 USD, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD will be charged at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the final order value after discounts have been applied.

Orders are generally shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination.
If inventory is unavailable at the nearest warehouse, we may fulfill the order from another warehouse with available stock. This helps avoid unnecessary delays and ensures timely delivery.
