Here Is What We Cover. No Fine Print.
Look, warranties should not feel like a puzzle. You bought a battery to keep your Starlink Mini running off-grid. If something goes wrong with the product itself 鈥?not because you dropped it off a cliff 鈥?we will make it right.
What the Warranty Covers
Every AerolinkGear battery and accessory comes with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the day your order arrives. Here is what that means in plain English:
- Manufacturing defects. If something was wrong from the factory 鈥?a loose connector, a faulty LCD, a charging port that never worked 鈥?we replace it.
- Battery capacity degradation. All lithium batteries lose a little capacity over time. That is normal. But if your battery drops below 80% of its rated capacity within the first 12 months of normal use, we replace it.
- Electrical component failures. Regulator goes bad. USB-C port stops delivering power. DC output fluctuates. Covered.
What Is Not Covered (Be Honest With Us)
- Dropping the battery off a cliff. Or a table. Or into a lake. Physical damage from accidents is on you.
- Taking the battery apart because you wanted to see what was inside. Modified or disassembled products cannot be warrantied.
- Using the battery with equipment it was never designed for. Our batteries are built for Starlink Mini. Hooking it up to a home-built contraption voids the warranty.
- Normal wear and tear. Scratches, scuffs, and that dent from when it fell off the picnic table are cosmetic. They do not affect performance and are not covered.
How to Make a Claim (It Takes About 5 Minutes)
- Email us at info@aerolinkgear.com with your order number and a quick description of what is wrong.
- If it helps, attach a photo or short video showing the issue. Not required, but it speeds things up.
- We respond within 24 hours 鈥?usually faster. If it is a covered issue, we ship a replacement within 2 business days.
- You do not need to ship the old unit back first. We send the replacement, you send the original back in the same box. We cover return shipping for warranty claims.
30-Day Returns, No Questions Asked
Warranty is for defects. Returns are for when you just change your mind. If the product does not fit your setup the way you hoped, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Unused, original packaging. Full refund. No restocking fees. No awkward phone calls.
We Actually Answer Emails
This is not one of those warranty programs where you submit a form and wait two weeks for an automated reply. A real person reads every claim. Usually the same person who packed your order. We use these products ourselves 鈥?we want them to work for you as much as you do.
